Thinking of learning to fly? The documentary Fliegen is Freiheit (in German with English subtitles) follows one student through the process of learning to fly a paraglider and gives a good idea of what the experience is like (although the training structure in the UK is slightly different).

For CP-rated pilots, clubs organise coaching and other ongoing pilot development activities (plus day-to-day flying, social meets, etc).
